Add-on Terms:
If flowers are out of stock due to supply problems, they will be replaced with flowers of equal or higher value without further notice.

We will try our best to maintain the best condition of flowers, if due to transport factors and the status has declined, we will not be able to provide refund or reject us.
For customers who choose to pick up by themselves, please be sure to pick up on the day of order, due to delayed pick-up and cause quality problems, we will not responsible for, refund and return; In addition, we will only provide storage service for customers for at most three days.
