Returns and Shipping

Terms of Return Gifts

Return and replace gifts are just available on selected gifts. Please contact us via email within 7 days after receiving the gifts. If you need to return or replace gift. We will check, review and process the returned gifts. To get approval, returned gifts must not affect resale. Once your application being approved, we will send you a return or replace form and number to you. The transportation fees incurred during the return and replacement period will be borne by you. Some kinds of gifts, for instance, Flowers, Pig Trotters and Eggs in Ginger and Sweetened Vinegar, etc, we apologize to you for these gifts cannot be returned and replaced.

Return and replacement of customise gifts are not allowed. But because of health and accident, the baby cannot come to the world, we will handle it as appropriate. Please provide the relevant documents and half of the payment will be refunded to your original payment account. (Only applicable on Pig Trotters and Eggs in Ginger and Sweetened Vinegar)

  1. Return and replace must mention within 7 days after signing for the acceptance of delivery.
  2. When you have received return or replace number, please send the gift and the “Return or Replace Form” to the return or replacement centre within 7 days.
  3. The costs for the return and replacement will be borne by you, including shipping fees and other expenses, we are not liable and related fees will not be refundable. We don’t accept the freight charged by us (Receiver), thus we don’t recommend you to use SF Express as the return method, so as to avoid unnecessary misunderstanding.
  4. Before we sign the parcel that you return, you are fully liable for the parcel that you shipped. Therefore, we highly recommend you to use the transportation method which is reliable and has tracking system to return the product. For instance, EMS, DHL, TA-Q-BIN Delivery (Yamato Logistics), etc.
  5. All the products must be returned in brand new and original condition, all tags and packaging must be included. Tags must not be removed or have any damage. Products must be never wore and in the condition that we shipped to you, then your return would be accepted. If the products affect resale, we will not approve your application.
  6. Discount products cannot be returned and replaced. Including mega sale in whole shop.
  7. After signing your parcel, we will check, review and process the returned gifts.
  8. If we consider the condition of product cannot match our return policy after checking, we will inform customers how to take back the product. If the progress incurs additional costs (such as shipping fees), customers will be responsible for the costs. If customers don’t agree the relevant costs, we will not return the product, and will destroy it within 14 days. Customers cannot appeal and take back.
  9. From the first day that we receive the returned gifts, the whole process might take up to 14 working days.
  10. All refunds will be refunded to the account that you made payment.
∗If encounter any disputes, Show Nice Gifting (HK) Co. will retain the final decision.

Return Address

Return Gifts must be attached together with the “Return or Replace Form” and send to the address provided by our customer service.
Please provide the shipping information to the customer service before sending it; Please provide the tracking number (if using courier service) immediately after sending it. Otherwise, please send the notice to the customer service.

Shipping Arrangment

We will use TA-Q-BIN Delivery (Yamato Logistics), or our delivery team to deliver the order. Moreover, it depends on the gifts that customers purchase to decide and will mention when customers purchase the gifts. For remote area delivery fees, we will follow the delivery policy of courier. For more details, please read the terms of related courier; If the gifts use our delivery team for delivery, the following is the delivery terms:

  1. Order deliveries will be made between 10am - 6pm from Monday to Saturday, delivery fees of additional 1.5 times will be required for delivery time between 6pm to 10pm (cash on delivery). Different regions have different delivery fees, detailed charges will be calculated in accordance with the selected shipping area.
  2. If there is any error in the delivery information, it may cause the delivery to be delayed.
  3. In case of typhoon signal No. 8 or above, black rainstorm warning, bad weather, severe flooding, road blockage or closure, the day and the next day delivery service may be delayed or canceled. We will contact the customer for further arrangements.
  4. The date and time of delivery must not be changed once confirmed, so please make sure to have someone ready to sign your goods at the specified delivery time.
  5. If there is no one at home upon delivery, we will attempt to contact you and make other arrangements through the telephone number you provided at checkout page. If we still cannot successfully contact you, the goods will be returned to our warehouse, and arrange for delivery again. Customers will be charged for redelivery of goods (cash on delivery) and the paid delivery fee paid will not be refunded. If customers request to place the goods at the door or reception after discussion, we will take pictures for record. But we are not be liable for any loss resulting therefrom.
  6. If the delivery location does not have a lift or cannot use the lift to deliver the goods, the delivery fee will be calculated on per floor basis, customers will be required to pay HK $ 50.00 per floor and maximum is seven floor (cash on delivery). If more than seven floor, customers need to go downstairs to receive the goods themselves.
  7. Please make sure that the nearby of receiving address can park the vehicles. If not, please contact us at the time of delivery reservation for related arrangement.

Different products have different lead time, customers must check the expected ship date before submitting the order. Customers agree to the expected ship date when confirming the order and cannot make any change or objection. Please note that the expected ship date is not equal to the date of delivery. Courier takes time for delivery, so please expect additional 0.5 to 3 days for transport time (Ship date is not equal to date of arrival; lead time equals to ship date; Date of arrival depends on the delivery situation of different couriers). For gifts using our delivery team for delivery, it is the delivery reservation and will contact the customers for reservation when shipping the order.

To reduce the impact on shipping speed, please ensure that your address, telephone and other information is complete and accurate. If there is anything wrong or missing, we will contact you and ask for additional information and so shipping speed may be delayed. Besides, bank’s payment review may also affect the time required for shipping.


This Returns and Shipping is available in both English and Chinese, If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
