1. Purchase Gift
We provide selected and customise gift service. In the page, follow the instruction to select the gift you want and submit the order. Selected gifts are available while stock lasts. As there are many choices of customise gift, please confirm again before you submit the order.
2. Confirm Payment
This section is about confirm payment and it divides into two parts, which are purchase selected gift (2.1) and purchase customise gift (2.2). Customers please follow the category you choose to read the flow of payment.
2.1. For customers who purchase selected gift, we use payment service provided by third party, which is PayPal. PayPal accepts most of the credit card in Hong Kong or through the balance to pay. For more information, please read the payment solutions provided by PayPal.
Please note that you must be the credit card holder if you use credit card to pay. If the card does not belong to you, you must get the approval from card holder prior to the transaction.
We do not accept other payment method, including cheque, draft, bank transfer etc. Please note that order would not be shipped before the payment being approved. Fraudulent transaction is not allowed and this is criminal fraud, we will pass to law enforcement to handle.
2.2. For customers who purchase customise gift, please read the flow of order confirmation. After confirming the order, we will send the payment request to you. Customers can choose to use payment service provided by third party, which is PayPal to pay through the balance or credit card; or choose to pay by bank transfer and provide the bank-in slip to us for payment confirmation. Once customers choose to use one of the above payment method, they cannot change and must settle the payment within 24 hours, otherwise the order will be regarded as void.
Because the nature of customise gifts are not equal to selected gifts, some customise gifts will be requested to pay twice; And for customise gifts which have not mentioned will be regarded as one-time full payment. Therefore, customers should pay attention to the relevant contents before they submit the order. For customise gifts which are requested to pay twice, a reminder will be given before customers submit the order. All customise gifts have additional terms separately, customers must accept and confirm before submitting the order.
Fraudulent transaction is not allowed and this is criminal fraud, we will pass to law enforcement to handle.
3. Order Confirmation
Once the payment being approved, we will send a confirmation email to you. If there is any question about the order, please contact with our customer service within 24 hours. After 24 hours, order will enter the procedures of handling, packaging, and shipping. At that time, order cannot be canceled and altered.
4. Delivery Confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, we will send a confirmation email to you. Please keep this email and the order tracking number for reference, so that you can track the delivery situation of your order.
5. Delivery Fees
We will use TA-Q-BIN Delivery (Yamato Logistics), or our delivery team to deliver the order. Moreover, it depends on the gifts that customers purchase to decide and will mention when customers purchase the gifts. For remote area delivery fees, we will follow the delivery policy of courier. For more details, please read the terms of related courier; If the gifts use our delivery team for delivery, the following is the delivery terms:
- Order deliveries will be made between 10am - 6pm from Monday to Saturday, delivery fees of additional 1.5 times will be required for delivery time between 6pm to 10pm (cash on delivery). Different regions have different delivery fees, detailed charges will be calculated in accordance with the selected shipping area.
- If there is any error in the delivery information, it may cause the delivery to be delayed.
- In case of typhoon signal No. 8 or above, black rainstorm warning, bad weather, severe flooding, road blockage or closure, the day and the next day delivery service may be delayed or canceled. We will contact the customer for further arrangements.
- The date and time of delivery must not be changed once confirmed, so please make sure to have someone ready to sign your goods at the specified delivery time.
- If there is no one at home upon delivery, we will attempt to contact you and make other arrangements through the telephone number you provided at checkout page. If we still cannot successfully contact you, the goods will be returned to our warehouse, and arrange for delivery again. Customers will be charged for redelivery of goods (cash on delivery) and the paid delivery fee paid will not be refunded. If customers request to place the goods at the door or reception after discussion, we will take pictures for record. But we are not be liable for any loss resulting therefrom.
- If the delivery location does not have a lift or cannot use the lift to deliver the goods, the delivery fee will be calculated on per floor basis, customers will be required to pay HK $ 50.00 per floor and maximum is seven floor (cash on delivery). If more than seven floor, customers need to go downstairs to receive the goods themselves.
- Please make sure that the nearby of receiving address can park the vehicles. If not, please contact us at the time of delivery reservation for related arrangement.
Different products have different lead time, customers must check the expected ship date before submitting the order. Customers agree to the expected ship date when confirming the order and cannot make any change or objection. Please note that the expected ship date is not equal to the date of delivery. Courier takes time for delivery, so please expect additional 0.5 to 3 days for transport time (Ship date is not equal to date of arrival; lead time equals to ship date; Date of arrival depends on the delivery situation of different couriers). For gifts using our delivery team for delivery, it is the delivery reservation and will contact the customers for reservation when shipping the order.
To reduce the impact on shipping speed, please ensure that your address, telephone and other information is complete and accurate. If there is anything wrong or missing, we will contact you and ask for additional information and so shipping speed may be delayed. Besides, bank’s payment review may also affect the time required for shipping.
