Can I use smartphone to order?

Of course, our platform have mobile version, it is suitable to use your smartphone to order. It is well prepared for you who have busy life.

Which currency can I use to settle the payment? Can I use foreign currency to settle the payment?

All of the gifts in our shop are just available to pay in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). We don't accept foreign currency now.

Cannot browse this website?

This website used lots of graphics and fonts setting functions, and used JavaScript to optimise your experience. We suggest you to use up-to-date browsers, for example, Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Opera and Edge etc, and enable JavaScript. Some browsers such as IE and Opera Mini function might not completely or unable to load browser font document. It may not be normal to show or alter you the browser is too old. Because of the browsers are too old or non-mainstream, our software engineer team cannot test all of them. It your browser is too old or non-mainstream to cause your experience or order issue, we do not take any responsibility. You have responsibility to use mainstream and up-to-date browsers such as Chrome, Safari, Opera, Edge etc, some unknown browsers like develop from Mainland China, we highly not recommended you to use.

Can I purchase more than one kind of gift?

Because each kind of gifts have different natures and different delivery methods, you cannot purchase more than one kind of gift in a single order. But if the order can have a discount on delivery fees, we will refund the relevant fees.

How about if I don’t have a credit card?

You can ask your family or friends first; Or you can purchase “customise gift”.

In the save function of the customise gift, where will my design be stored? Why did my stored design disappear?

The current save feature is to store your design in your browser, through cookie technology to achieve. By using cookie technology, any changes to your browser settings, clearing the cache or using incognito mode will cause your saved design to disappear. Or you have used different browsers and devices to design, to read the design, you must use the original design and storage of the browser and device.

I live in overseas, can I purchase?

We only accept local order now. You can follow us to get any updates in the future.

Why there is no shopping cart system?

At present, due to the type of gifts, transportation and other factors, it is not suitable for a shopping cart system. In the future, we will update our system depends on demand and situations.

How can I cancel the order?

We just accept duplicate order, if you want to cancel order, please contact with our customer service.

How to return or replace gifts?

Return and replace gifts just available on selected gifts. Please contact us via email when gift arrived in 7 days, if you need to return or replace gift. We will check, review and process the returned gifts, returned gifts must not affect resale, then approve. Once your application approved, we will send you a return or replace form and number to you. The transportation fees incurred during the return and replacement period will be borne by you personally. Some kinds of gifts, for instance, Flowers, Pig Trotters and Eggs in Ginger and Sweetened Vinegar, etc, we apologize these gifts cannot return and replace.

Customise gifts not allow to return and replace. But because of health and accident, the baby can not come to the world, we will handle it as appropriate. Please provide the relevant documents, half of the payment will be refunded to your original payment account. (Only apply on Pig Trotters and Eggs in Ginger and Sweetened Vinegar)
